The 3 mistake of my life is written by Chetan Bhagat. He got email from Govind saying that he has taken sleeping pills because he was struggling in his life, he wants to end his life. Chetan Bhagat manage to get information about him and he riched where Govind was admitted than Govind telles his story. Govind was from poor family there were two friends of him ishan was from middle class family and omi was from priest family. Ishans sister vidya was finding  difficulty in maths so Ishan told Govind to give her tusion in evening time than as the time passed they started loving each other. Govind suggest omi and Ishan to open shop for Cricket equipment and Ishan like cricket so he will give tips on cricket. And Omi convenc his parents to give them room for rent than after sometimes they took their on shop but within no days earthquake occurred and everything got destroy. Than some how they manage to repay the loan. This was Govinds first mistake . One day they saw one boy who was playing cricket like magically every time six than Ishan decide to give him coching his name was Ali. They did many things to showcase Ali's talent.Than hindu muslim riot were stared Omis mama with many people were trying to search Muslim people to kill them Ali's parents where also got killed by them but somehow Ishan, Govind and Omi tried hard to save Ali. Ishan took Govind phone to call and he found her sister vidys messags and he come to know that they were in relationship. Ishan was very angry and slapped Govind than Govind was felt that he has cheated Ishan. And this was his second mistake. While they were trying to save Ali, Omi lost his life and than one more time they were trying to kill Ali .Govind got late for some second Ali was wonded and this was Govinds third mistake he could have avoid that accident. Ali was taken to hospital and doctors said it required lots  money to do operation than Ishan decided to do separate shop and he also did not take money from Govind. Govind was totally broken. 

This Novel tells us that we should take  decision very wisely.
